*Client is responsible for production and delivery of video commercial or video graphics although we are happy produce these for additional fees; estimates on request.
**Distant locations will require additional fees for travel. Total displays of post-roll commercial not to exceed 100,000 impressions though story displays are not capped. Weekly schedule above reflects production interval only, not distribution or display, which is not time-limited after publication. |

Terms:

Unless otherwise stated, all prices based on client supplying
broadcast-quality "ready-to-air" commercials of correct length. Should
you need a commercial produced, we offer excellent commercial production
services quoted on a per job basis. Please ask your representative
for additional information.

We reserve the right to approve the content of any material
submitted for web or broadcasting.
-
"Ready-to-air" tapes or digital files must be received
72 hours before our scheduled "close" date.
-
Insertion orders canceled with less than two (2) weeks
notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations with
less than one (1) week notice will be charged 100% of the insertion
rate, regardless of number of impressions delivered, if any, at that
time.

Unfulfilled multiple insertion contracts will be re-billed
at highest rate applicable for the number of actual insertions. Prices
between discount rates are rounded-up to the next highest per insertion
price.

VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ: All insertions and
contracts are sold on a cash in advance basis for the entire
minimum order until credit is established. Please note our minimum
order amounts.

Our prices are gross. Agencies and media buyers of record
may deduct a 15% commission. This commission only applies to cash
in advance payment or current payment accounts. All past due balances
revert to full gross rates plus a 2% per month charge until paid in
full. Insertion orders with past due balances are subject to withdrawal
from circulation until the account is brought current.
