It sometimes takes a few days to get back into the school routine and remember all the school rules. And while the rule regarding medication at school varies from one building to the next, all policies are pretty similar - parents need to be in touch with the school administrators.
According to Linda Wright, School Nurse, "Children can't be carrying medication around the school. All medicine has to be in the school office or the health room. If your child takes meds of any kind during the day, then the school needs to know about it and then be put in charge of it."
